Keith Wells - Broker/Owner: In addition to being a practicing real estate attorney, Keith has been a licensed agent with    Windermere since 2004. In 2013, Keith became the owner of both the Windermere office in Woodinville and in Lake Chelan. He now splits time between the Woodinville office and the Chelan office. His experience from both the legal and the real estate sales perspectives combine for a unique skillset which benefits both the agents he manages and the clients he serves.  Keith and his wife Katie have three sons, Carter, Logan and Marshall with one on the way. Most of their free time is devoted to their children but they still maintain an active, outdoor-based lifestyle. 
Lori Gill – Broker/Owner: Lori has been a licensed Broker since 1989 focused strictly on the property management side of real estate. Lori became the owner of Windermere Property Management on the West side in 2001, and has three offices in the greater Seattle area, which manages over 1300 single family homes, condominium units, multi family properties and commercial real estate.  Lori grew up coming to the Chelan Valley for vacations and has recently purchased a vacation rental property in Chelan. Lori and her husband Josh have three children and a son in law and she enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends. 
Lynn Nelson – General Manager/Property Consultant: A 34 year resident of the valley, Lynn came to Chelan following her graduation from Washington State University in 1983 and has been an active and engaged member of the community since her arrival. Professionally, Lynn worked as an educator in the Lake Chelan School system, has been a small business owner and cherry orchardist, an adult trainer and marketer for IBQ(Internet Brokerage Quoting) Systems, and most recently held the position of Sales and Marketing Manager for My Chelan Vacation for 5 years.  In this capacity she worked directly with owners in helping them set their investment properties up for success, evaluating strengths and weaknesses, to ensure profitability.  Lynn is passionate about the area and loves sharing her love of the valley with vacationers.  Lynn and her husband Paul have 2 adult children.  Spending time with family, hiking local trails, traveling, cooking for a crowd and working with college bound students are a few of her favorite ways to spend her free time. 

Hilary Gilman – Finance: As the Director of Finance, Hilary handles everything from guest rent collection to vendor payments, monthly owner statements, and documentation for year-end tax preparation. Hilary has been with Lori Gill & Associates since 2007 and previously worked as a Controller at a nationally recognized real estate sales brokerage. “Worry-free” property management is our goal, and our full service accounting department plays a key role in making that a reality. We take pride in the trust that our clients place in us to help them capitalize on their investments and take care of everything for them behind the scenes. Hilary has one son attending Washington State University, and she enjoys spending time outdoors hiking and biking.

Julia Gueller-Accounting/Office Administrator:   Julia grew up in Southern California and graduated from the
University of California at Santa Barbara.  Serving the public became not just a way of paying for college but a
career of sorts working in many restaurants in So. California, Seattle and Chelan beginning in 1992,
when she and her former husband decided to make Chelan their home and start a family.
The past 10-12 years have been more specifically spent working in the Vacation rental industry here in
the Chelan valley, becoming increasing proficient at the many different aspects of the industry. 
Lake Chelan is a beautiful destination to both live and visit, and in our line of work we have the privilege
of being able to help guests create their own memories.  Besides being a full-time parent to three
teenagers (best job ever!) Julia enjoys paddle boarding, hiking, running and a good historical novel.
