This prime waterfront home provides you with coveted walk-in beach access, 2 private marina boat slips, ample parking and a boat launch right next door. You will fall in love with the interior layout and stunning furnishings, the private creek side setting, and your outdoor living spaces on the waters’ edge. You can relax with your morning coffee on the patio sectional, enjoy a BBQ with family or friends, soak in the 8 person hot tub or sip an evening beverage around the fire table all from Mill Bay Bungalow’s well-planned outdoor spaces.

Mill Bay Beach House sleeps up to 12 guests (10 adults) comfortably in 4 bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms. In addition to the spacious open great room with adjoining kitchen and dining, a second family/bunk room gives your guests room to spread out, watch a movie, or play a game. The family/bunk room includes a custom crafted bunk bed with a full bunk over a queen bed, a full bath with tub and shower, a sleeper sofa, and a large smart TV.

This waterfront home and each outdoor space was designed with multi-generational families in mind who may have a varying range of physical abilities. For your comfort, you will find easy access into the home, wide hallways and door thresholds and a main level bathroom with a “stroll or roll in” shower and sink. From the walk out patio you will enjoy a stroll in paver path that leads you into the crystal clear waters of Lake Chelan, ideal for little people as well as adults.

    This house was absolutely PERFECT for our family trip. We have 3 families, two with kids, and there was more than enough space for us all. The house is right on the water with amazing views looking down the lake and there is a private dock with two boat slips, which we took advantage of by renting a boat for a few days. We will definitely look to stay at this house again the next time we vacation to Lake Chelan!
